YNDC has completed the renovation of 1810 Volney Road, known locally as the St. Theresa Center or the Carmelite Monastery. The historic property sits on almost two acres, is approximately 7,000 square feet, and was constructed in 1927. Read more. |

YNDC is seeking candidates for a Rental Housing Counselor position. Under the supervision of the Housing Client Manager, the Rental Housing Counselor will collaborate with a team of professional staff to implement rental housing programming, including outreach, intake, scheduling, file management, and counseling of current and prospective renters; processing rental tenant applications and preparing leases; and organizing tenants to effect systemic change for tenant rights.
