Owner and Director of Happy Campers Learning Center, Tracy Jordan, has opened a new location, Happy Campers Too!!, at YNDC's Glenwood Plaza.

YNDC completed business improvement projects on Midlothian Boulevard with the support of Seventh Ward Councilwoman Amber White and American Rescue Plan funding from the City of Youngstown.

On August 10th, 2026, YNDC completed the Youngstown Citywide Property Conditions Survey that the organization conducts every few years to assist with planning and implementing services.

For a few years, Ernestine had to carefully navigate her front porch as she entered and left her home. Her porch was made of bricks and concrete but it had started to deteriorate.

On August 19th, 2026, YNDC completed a citywide property conditions survey for New Castle, Pennsylvania.

YNDC is seeking candidates for a Grass Cutting and Cleanup Team Member Position. Under the direction of the Neighborhood Stabilization Director, the Grass Cutting and Cleanup Team Member will work with a team to implement property maintenance and neighborhood improvement projects including cutting grass, cleaning up/boarding vacant properties, basic construction/landscaping, and other projects to improve the quality of life in Youngstown’s neighborhoods.
